This depends on the design of your site.  We realize the urgency of your needs.  During our consultation period, we will develop a timeline for completion of your site.  This timeline is very important.  Often a normal site can be completed in under two weeks.  But if custom logo's/graphics are needed this could take longer.  Complex e-commerce sites are typically completed in under 30 to 45 days.

50% of the total amount due is required up front.  The remainder is due once the final product is implemented on the web.  For your convenience we accept all major credit cards and e-checks.

What hosting solution will I need?  .:[top]:.

Good question. While we provide one of the most reliable and economic hosting solutions available, you are free to host your new site with any provider.  Regardless, we will work with you to determine what solution best fits your needs and make our recommendation.  This is included in our consultation fee.  You are free then to make a decision on where to host your site.  

Do you offer Secure Server?  .:[top]:.

YES.  We even offer the option of "piggybacking" on our secure certificate saving you upwards of $100 in buying your own!

Do you pay finders fees?  .:[top]:.

Yes.  If you recommend our services to your friends and colleagues, we will reimburse you anywhere from $25 to $150 for your referral if it results in a signed contract with the prospective client.  Word of mouth is HOW WE ADVERTISE.

Can I get my website on a CD ROM?  .:[top]:.

Yes.  For a small fee, we will give you your complete website on a CD ROM for your records and safe keeping.  Many clients choose this inexpensive option.

Can I update my website myself?  .:[top]:.

Why sure.  We can provide you with a Content Management system (standard with e-commerce shops) that will allow you to update your site saving additional Monthly webmaster fees.  Depending on your site complexity, you may be able to update your site using Dreamweaver or MS Frontpage.

How long will you provide support once my site is published?  .:[top]:.

We offer FREE 30 days unlimited support for you while you become familiar with the "in's and out's" of your new website.  We really want you to be as comfortable with your new website as possible.  After your 30 days is up, you can either subscribe to our Monthly Webmastering service or Hourly support.
